Welcome to the Talk.Partners Affiliate Program. This summary outlines the key terms of our Affiliate Agreement. By participating in the program, you agree to the full terms provided during the onboarding process via DocuSign.

Important Notice: Talk.Partners is an AI-powered platform. All characters you interact with are 100% fictional and AI-generated. You are talking to artificial intelligence, not real people. Our Service is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. All AI characters depicted on the platform are 21 years of age or older.

1. Eligibility

To become an affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States or Canada. You must complete the onboarding process, including signing the full Affiliate Agreement and providing necessary identification and payment information.

2. Commission Structure

As an affiliate, you earn a recurring monthly commission of $8.00 USD for every active subscriber you refer to Talk.Partners using your unique referral link or QR code.

• Active Subscriber:** A user who signs up through your link, maintains a paid subscription, and has not canceled or requested a refund.
• Recurring Payments:** You will continue to earn the $8.00 commission each month for as long as the referred subscriber remains active.
• No Cap:** There is no limit to the number of subscribers you can refer or the total commissions you can earn.

3. Payment Terms

Commissions are calculated and paid on a monthly basis. Payments are issued via your selected payment method (e.g., direct deposit, PayPal) as specified during onboarding. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your earnings.

4. Promotion and Marketing

You are encouraged to share your referral link and QR code through your personal website, social media, email, or in person. However, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Transparency:** You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Talk.Partners when promoting the service.
• No Spam:** You may not use spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive marketing practices.
• Accurate Representation:** You must accurately represent Talk.Partners as an AI-powered chat platform. You may not make false claims or promise “real” human interactions.
• Compliance:** Your promotional activities must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines on endorsements.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Refer yourself or create fake accounts to generate commissions.
• Use trademarked terms (e.g., “Talk.Partners”) in paid search advertising without prior written consent.
• Promote the service on websites containing illegal, explicit, or offensive content.
• Engage in any activity that harms the reputation or goodwill of Talk.Partners.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, you will no longer earn commissions on new referrals, but you may be eligible to receive outstanding commissions for active subscribers referred prior to termination, subject to the full terms of the agreement.

7. Full Agreement

This summary is provided for convenience. The complete and binding terms of the Affiliate Program are contained in the full Affiliate Agreement, which you must sign via DocuSign before participating. In the event of any conflict between this summary and the full agreement, the full agreement shall govern.
